Happy New Year
Are you ready to step up in 2022?
It's the start of a new year. A fresh slate. Aside from writing some goals, here are some of my tips to set yourself up for a great year:
- Have a positive attitude - make every day count!
- Exercise regularly - have friends to keep you accountable and choose things that you love doing to get that hit of endorphins!
- Follow the law of reciprocity - the philosophy of Givers Gain.
- Challenge your brain - keep learning new things. Constantly.
- Tackle challenges head on - just do it!
- Meditate daily - focus on things you're grateful for and use this tool to help when fear comes knocking.
It's the 1% changes that make all the difference!
As a coach, I love helping my clients level up and become clear on where they want to go.
Coaching is all about shifting your perspective. It will give you that edge that you won't be able to get yourself which is where the success truly happens. Have you ever noticed, the first person someone thanks when they win an olympic gold medal is their coach?!
Learn Before You Earn!
Continuing to grow as a professional means continuing to learn, even during a break. Most people forget about the learning component!
In order to take your business to the next level, it's important to look at your big vision and goals and then align the areas where you need to work on or develop.
Some of my favourite ways to continue learning include listening to podcasts, audiobooks and reading about topics like business growth, health and wellbeing, and learning from other successful world leaders.
