Luck or effort?

In my years of business coaching in Perth, I have picked up on the way successful business owners are often perceived, which can be as ‘lucky’.  People will usually presume that those who are more successful than them have been provided with better opportunities, such as greater assistance, or merely just the right place at the right time. My experience can definitely assure you that there is much more behind peoples success than just luck. I once heard a quote “the trouble with opportunity is that it always comes disguised as hard work.” Which bring me to my next question, are you waiting for success … or working towards your success?
