I know what it’s like to have life turn upside down. When my husband was placed in an induced coma with severe burns, I was a new mum with a mortgage and no idea how we’d survive. Years later, I was the one in ICU-fighting for my own life.

Those moments shaped everything I am today.

I rebuilt from rock bottom and went on to become an award-winning business coach, international speaker, and author of What’s Your Plan? I’ve helped hundreds of business owners gain clarity, confidence, and control-without losing themselves along the way.

Outside of business, I’ve completed marathons, solo-swum to Rottnest, and represented Australia in triathlons. I don’t just talk about endurance-I live it.
